Vinyasa Flow yoga
Are you suffering from back and spine problems, problems with cervicals, knee problems or too much stress?
Then yoga could be what you are looking for. It doesn’t require any level of flexibility, body shape or age. In every session, variations are given for people who need a posture to be stronger or weaker.
What can Vinyasa Flow yoga do for you?
Yoga looks at a person as a whole that is mind and body together. To achieve this unity of mind and body, I use different postures called asanas in sanskrit which are held steady for a few minutes whilst controlling the breath. The breathing techniques I use are varied and are an important part of yoga, they are called pranayamas. Each asana has its own benefits and works different muscles, group muscles or joints of the body.
